
Chloe is a data scientist specialising in the evaluation of AI and NLP. Before joining Climate Policy Radar, she worked at IBM, where she focused on the development and especially evaluation of generative and agentic AI systems in production across the banking and public sectors, with particular attention to AI ethics, governance, and the responsible use of AI. Prior to that, she was at the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), applying NLP to sustainable finance regulation. Chloe holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham, where she specialised in Metric Spaces & Topology and Statistical Learning. On Fridays, she can be found in the garden growing and painting plants, knitting or sewing, practising yoga, or out in nature.
