Liz Naven

Liz is a purpose-driven communications specialist, with more than a decade spent turning complex ideas into stories that encourage understanding, inspire action, and bring about change. Her career began leading integrated media campaigns at Fugu PR, where she helped secure the first-ever demand for climate finance reform in a COP meeting text. Later, at Seismic, she managed strategic communications bringing sustainability narratives to life for clients across food & drink, healthcare, and technology. She enjoys helping people to say what they mean, and say it well. On Fridays, Liz can be found moving – hiking, running, strength training, or dipping in the chilly Brighton sea – teaching yoga, or tackling a DIY job on her home renovation.
