Carol Yuen
Research Assistant
Carol is a contractor in our Programme team. Alongside her work at Climate Policy Radar, Carol recently capacity-built parliamentarians in Southeast Asia on carbon pricing policies, and researched sustainability-related investors’ fiduciary duties and antitrust obligations, with Tara Climate Foundation, ClimateWorks and UN PRI.
Earlier in her career, Carol was a public interest lawyer in Singapore. She transitioned to the environmental law field and became a researcher at the Asia-Pacific Centre for Environmental Law (APCEL).
Carol holds an LLM in Environmental Law and Policy from UCL. In her spare time, Carol enjoys watching films, critiquing art, and kicking a football around. She also volunteers with Climate Ed to conduct workshops at primary schools, and with Legal Voices for the Future to build a community of young lawyers concerned with the planetary crises.
