Emma Forster

Chief Operations Officer

Emma is an expert operations executive who specialises in working with visionary organisations to bring big ideas to life. Previously Emma was COO at Oxford Ionics building the team, business functions and processes to create world-leading Quantum Computers, from Seed stage to $1B+ acquisition. She was also the Head of Global Operations at Kheiron Medical Technologies, where she led the international expansion, legal, financial, people and commercial operations while the team implemented machine learning to save lives by detecting more breast cancers during the screening process.

Emma has a Masters Degree from Goldsmiths College, University of London and in her spare time she's currently working to become a Certified Master Knitter.
