Michael Okarimia

Data Engineer
Michael's experience as a Data Engineer starts in 2016 where he cross trained from his previous role of building Web APIs and full text search web services at the music streaming East London based start up, 7digital. Most recently he worked for over 6 years as a Data Engineer at Skyscanner, scaling and rebuilding their data platform. He has experience of writing software for various London based start ups and large e-commerce companies such as Ticketmaster. Michael was born in London and holds a degree in the Computer Science from De Montfort University.

On a Friday, Michael can be found either found with family or, if it's good weather outside, being out for a run or a bike ride.
